Shape Riipen’s Operating System through enterprise OKRs, CRM governance, and disciplined execution as the company scales. Partner directly with the CEO. The VP, Operations is Riipen’s most senior Operations leader and an executive peer. This position architects operating rhythms, decision forums, accountability structures, and performance signals across Product, Revenue, Delivery, Employer, and Finance. Its purpose is to align company-wide execution with measurable priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Own Operating System architecture, including OKRs, KPIs, scorecards, and forums Design executive cadence across cross-functional company priorities Maintain decision rights, accountability structures, and escalation paths Enforce quality, sustainability, and outcome reliability gates Provide board-ready reporting on operational health and execution risk Requirements:
10+ years leading operations, systems, or strategy Experience in scaling SaaS or technology organizations Proven operating-system transformation and governance experience Fluency with OKRs, KPIs, governance forums, and data models Ability to partner with executive peers and boards Lead Riipen’s operating architecture with enterprise governance, measurable performance systems, and decision-ready executive partnership.
