Serve as Incident Commander during major production incidents Coordinate investigations, escalations, communications, and SLA-focused resolution Lead blameless reviews and track corrective actions to closure Analyze recurring issues and report recommendations to engineering teams Govern severity, priority, escalation, and deployment readiness procedures Requirements:
