Build Teangle’s operational backbone through hands-on systems design, supply chain leadership, and performance accountability on a contract basis. Work 15–25 hours weekly initially. As Fractional Head of Operations, you will work directly with the founder across a growing DTC, eCommerce, and CPG business. Own operational projects, remove bottlenecks, and create visibility across inventory, cash, and performance. Lead partners, improve workflows, and support scaling from mid seven figures toward eight-plus figures. Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational systems, reporting, and performance initiatives Manage Darwynn and JLMD relationships for accurate monthly closes Own demand planning, ordering, and inventory strategy Coordinate launches, seasonality, bundling, and supply planning Build SOPs, workflows, and operational checklists Requirements:
5–10+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement Experience scaling brands from roughly $2M–$10M+ Background in DTC, eCommerce, or CPG preferred Financial literacy covering costs, unit economics, and margins Fluent English; French strongly valued Bring accountable operations leadership, supply chain expertise, and scalable systems thinking to Teangle’s growing CPG business.
