As a Staff Software Engineer, you will guide complex software solutions from design through deployment while mentoring engineers. Your work spans React or Angular, C#/.Net Core, scalable APIs, relational and NoSQL databases. You will shape maintainable systems supporting payroll processing across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead feature development from design through deployment across the full stack
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure with automation wherever possible
- Monitor services and respond to incidents against SLA requirements
- Document architecture decisions and align technical goals
- Mentor engineers on development and cloud practices
Requirements:
- Seven plus years in software engineering and cloud infrastructure
- Experience designing and scaling complex software systems
- Advanced React or Angular and C#/.Net Core skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure as code
