Own HRIS accuracy and people data for Dorado Software Group remotely from Toronto or the East Coast, with occasional travel.
As a Senior People Operations Analyst, you will administer BambooHR, coordinate payroll across jurisdictions, and support onboarding and offboarding. You will also manage Pinpoint recruitment administration, Lattice data flows, compensation reporting, and process documentation. The position supports accurate, compliant People Operations across Dorado's portfolio companies, including NedGraphics and Optitex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee data, records, structures, and compensation updates in BambooHR
- Audit HRIS data and consolidate scattered information into BambooHR
- Coordinate payroll submissions with Finance, providers, and EOR partners
- Execute onboarding, terminations, benefits enrollment, and equipment coordination
- Administer Pinpoint postings, pipelines, scheduling, offers, and recruitment dashboards
Requirements:
- Six to ten years in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS administration
- Hands-on HRIS administration with direct data accuracy responsibility
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, lookups, and dashboards
- Experience coordinating multi-jurisdiction payroll and employee lifecycle processes
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones and using AI tools
