As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide newly signed customers through discovery, configuration, training, integrations, and go-live. You will translate operational workflows into CartonCloud solutions for unique warehouse and transport environments. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Integrations while sharing customer insights with Product and Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end implementations for North American customers
- Build structured plans and keep customers informed
- Design workflows matching each customer's operational reality
- Deliver remote training for customer teams
- Troubleshoot configurations and support basic integrations
Requirements:
- Super-user experience with WMS, TMS, or OMS software
- Direct warehouse or transport operations experience
- Software training or implementation experience in logistics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Curiosity about technical concepts and system connections
