Right now, we're looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent Outbound Setter to join our team.
This isn't a cold-calling role.
You'll be reconnecting with buyers—people who already purchased our $2,000 program in the past but haven't followed through.
Your job is to help them see the gap:
- Where they are now
- Where they want to be
- What's been stopping them from getting there
From there, you'll position a call with one of our senior advisors for our high-ticket mentorship program, so they can get the support they need to finally move forward.
What you'll be doing:
- Make 50+ outbound touches a day (calls, texts, emails)
- Speak with existing customers—no cold leads here
- Run 30‐min discovery calls over Google Meet to uncover what's held them back
- Qualify them for our $5k–$15k high‐ticket programs
- Book sales calls for our advisory team
- Stay on top of follow‐ups inside Aloware + HubSpot
- Follow proven frameworks that lead the prospect to their own conclusions

This is a fast‐paced role with high visibility. We'll give you the training, scripts, and support, but it's on you to show up, execute, and improve.
The best setters on our team earn $3,000–$6,000/month USD consistently and have a clear path to move up.
