Design growth experiments at Tailscale as a Product Designer focused on activation, onboarding, and monetization in a fully distributed company. You will become the second designer on Tailscale’s cross-functional Product Growth team. Working with Product, UX Research, and Engineering, you will deliver minimum-viable solutions, learn from experiments, and maintain a high craft bar. The work supports self-serve, product-led SaaS growth. Key Responsibilities:
Draft product changes supporting existing growth initiatives Participate in research, experimentation, and iterative feedback cycles Generate experiment ideas addressing friction through prototyping Advocate for user needs through product recommendations Partner with cross-functional teammates to define goals and measure impact Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of product design experience Experience with onboarding, growth, or monetization design Hands-on A/B testing and behavioral analytics experience Experience with self-serve, product-led SaaS motions Distributed, asynchronous work experience Bring product design, experimentation, prototyping, and growth experience to Tailscale’s Product Growth team in Canada.
