Tahltan Nation Development Corporation seeks an on-site HR lead for its remote mine operation. You will advise employees and supervisors, support workforce planning, and maintain a respectful, inclusive workplace. The position covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration while supporting Tahltan employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR guidance to employees and supervisors
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
- Maintain confidential HR records and update procedures
- Assist performance management, coaching, and return-to-work programs
- Coordinate training, payroll inquiries, and HR reporting
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Two to five years of HR experience
- Knowledge of BC employment standards and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to work independently on-site within a 2x2 rotation
