Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this full-time role handles vendor invoices, reimbursements, and other payables. You will support month-end close, maintain vendor records, and help ensure compliance with policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The position supports accurate financial operations and positive supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter vendor invoices and credit notes into the ERP
- Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare authorized EFT and wire payment runs
- Reconcile AP subledger balances with the general ledger
- Support accruals, cut-off, aging, and month-end reconciliations
Requirements:
- Post-secondary accounting, finance, or business education
- Three or more years of accounts payable experience
- ERP and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of reconciliations, controls, and month-end close support
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and current driver abstract
