Salary: $55,000 – $75,000 (based on experience)
About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Law Clerk to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. This role offers the opportunity to work exclusively in civil litigation within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team on various civil litigation matters
- Respond to client needs promptly and professionally
- Draft, format, and manage legal documents using software such as Outlook, Word, Korbitek, and others
- Assist with case management, research, and administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- Bilingual in French and English (essential)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Capable of managing a busy workload while multitasking effectively
