Key Responsibilities:
- Lead excavation teams as a working foreman
- Ensure safety through daily assessments and compliance
- Maintain productivity by coordinating labor and equipment needs
- Document time and materials accurately on-site
- Communicate effectively with the project superintendent
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in excavating or construction
- 2-3 years of field leadership demonstration
- Strong equipment operation and excavation process knowledge
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications
- Valid G license with a clean driving history
