Lead Electrification systems design for SYSTRA Canada’s Go Expansion Program, applying transportation engineering and project management expertise on-site. Manage Metrolinx Delivery Partner coordination and delivery priorities. As Senior Manager, you will lead Electrification Systems design for POS and OCS infrastructure. The role covers strategic planning, resource allocation, design coordination, project oversight, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance. You will support Rail Systems Electrification maintenance methodologies and Asset Management System applications while reporting to leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Electrification systems goals, policies, priorities, and resource allocation Oversee plans, specifications, estimates, proposals, and bid documents Coordinate designs, IDRs, and interfaces for infrastructure development Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and contractors Identify delivery risks and implement timely corrective solutions Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related engineering discipline Minimum ten years leadership and project management experience Electrification experience within the transportation industry or sector Knowledge of complex engineering design project management practices Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and stakeholder relationship skills Bring senior leadership, Electrification design, and project management expertise to SYSTRA Canada’s on-site Go Expansion delivery team.
