Lead planning and scheduling for SYSTRA Canada’s hybrid GO Expansion program, applying construction sequencing and resource management expertise. Reporting to the Planning & Schedule Management Lead, you will support the Integrated Program Delivery Team. The position strengthens program-wide consistency across planning processes, project requirements, contingency management, procedures, systems, and toolsets. Your work supports delivery across contracts, projects, and supply chains within Canada’s largest transit infrastructure program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update planning and schedule processes
- Develop program-wide planning and scheduling requirements
- Deploy the Program Contingency Management Process
- Manage procedures, systems, and scheduling toolsets
- Support program risk management and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related discipline
- Minimum ten (10) years’ infrastructure planning and staging experience
- Strong construction sequencing and logistics planning knowledge
- Familiarity with construction methods and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Apply planning, sequencing, risk management, and reporting expertise to advance consistent delivery across the GO Expansion program.
