Comme spécialiste commercial, vous appuierez la gestion commerciale et contractuelle de projets d’ingénierie multidisciplinaires. Vous collaborerez avec le directeur commercial de projet, les équipes juridiques, les risques et assurances. Votre travail soutiendra l’administration des contrats, les échéanciers, les livrables et les relations clients.
Responsabilités principales:
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi des contrats d’ingénierie
- Coordonner les modifications et communications contractuelles
- Examiner la correspondance selon les obligations contractuelles
- Documenter les changements, compensations et prolongations de délai
- Soutenir la résolution de différends potentiels
Exigences:
- Baccalauréat en droit ou expérience pertinente
- De 5 à 10 ans en gestion contractuelle ou changements
- Expérience en rédaction, révision et négociation commerciales
- Analyse rigoureuse, autonomie et sens de l’initiative
- Maîtrise de Word, Excel, PowerPoint, français et anglais
