Lead outbound warehouse operations at Sysco using warehouse technology, productivity analysis, and safety compliance to support distribution performance.
As an Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, you will coach colleagues, manage schedules, and oversee product selection, replenishment, assembly, and loading. The position supports productivity goals through Engineered Labour Standards, reporting, and barrier identification. It also requires attention to food safety, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support colleagues using scanners, printers, tablets, and CANVAS
- Coach, train, and encourage warehouse team members
- Prepare schedules, including vacation schedules
- Monitor productivity, reports, incentives, and indirect time
- Manage product replenishment, assembly, and loading
Requirements:
- Minimum two years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred five years' logistics or warehouse experience
- Preferred warehouse supervisory experience
- Required high school diploma
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
