As a Business Development Manager, you will execute strategic business plans and improve Sysco’s market share. Use Salesforce, data insights, and team selling to prioritize prospects and build trust. Partner with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to address customer needs and shorten sales cycles. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver new business plans aligned with regional financial goals Prioritize opportunities using advanced analytics and Salesforce insights Coordinate proposals for local contracts addressing client objectives Transition new accounts to sales teams during onboarding Monitor sales results and prepare improvement action plans Requirements:
Five or more years of proven sales experience Foodservice industry experience considered an asset Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills Consultative selling, networking, negotiation, and communication abilities Valid driver’s license and vehicle access may be required Bring foodservice knowledge, Salesforce capability, and strategic sales planning to Sysco’s business development team while building trusted customer relationships.
