This role focuses on implementing the NK Brand strategy and building customer relationships to maximize profitable growth. You will develop campaigns for the NK / Enogen seed brand while achieving sales and market share targets within your territory. Your consultative selling skills will help address customer needs and foster trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement NK Brand strategy to meet core objectives
- Develop sales organization partnerships for profitable growth
- Deliver targeted NK / Enogen campaigns through partners
- Manage agronomic product decisions and in-field concerns
- Achieve sales, profit, and market share targets within the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- 2+ years in agronomic sales or related industry
- Knowledge of farming operations and grower needs
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
Drive growth and develop trusting relationships with growers throughout Eastern Ontario while representing Syngenta Canada.
