Clinical research nursing in Windsor, Ontario requires GCP knowledge, protocol accuracy, and autonomous coordination across patient trial visits. This position is a per diem independent contractor.
Illingworth Research Group seeks a Registered Nurse with at least two years of post-qualification experience. You will support clinical trials through on-site and off-site visits, accurate documentation, medication administration, sample handling, and patient recruitment. The work involves communication with project managers, site staff, Principal Investigators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate subject trial visits according to protocols and SOPs
- Administer trial medication and maintain medication accountability
- Document data accurately while protecting subject confidentiality
- Process, package, and dispatch samples safely
- Report adverse events and support required follow-up
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with minimum two years post-qualification experience
- Clinical trials experience and current GCP certification
- Venepuncture and ECG experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge
