The Director, Integrated Strategy supports a VP or senior strategy lead across assigned brands and workstreams. This hands-on position emphasizes brand strategy delivery while coordinating strategic integration. You will develop positioning inputs, value propositions, messaging, and creative strategy using research, proprietary data, cultural context, and customer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audience insights, positioning, narratives, messaging, and creative strategy
- Translate research and data into actionable strategic implications
- Lead creative briefs, workshops, and strategic working-session materials
- Manage defined brand planning, launch, lifecycle, and research workstreams
- Present recommendations to clients and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience developing audience-led brand strategy across assigned workstreams
- Ability to synthesize research, data, and customer understanding
- Sound judgment managing defined deliverables with increasing autonomy
- Ability to coordinate Brand, Medical, OCX, Content, and Analytics inputs
- Ability to escalate material trade-offs and unresolved strategic tensions
