- Handle M&A transactions, including asset and share purchases, due diligence, and closings.
- Advise on incorporations, corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, and ongoing corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder, partnership, commercial, franchise, contractor, and employment agreements.
- Manage files independently, maintain client relationships, and meet deadlines.
- Support and mentor summer and articling students as needed.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused approach.
- Real estate and wills and estates experience is an asset.
