10+ years of enterprise desktop infrastructure management experience Expert Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams and Entra ID Expert SharePoint Online administration, governance, and permissions Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Shell, or VBScript Strong networking, troubleshooting, risk remediation, and compliance knowledge Use Intune, Microsoft 365, MSIX, automation, and endpoint security expertise to maintain dependable enterprise desktop services.
