Symbotic is seeking a dedicated Regional Controller to manage financial activities across Canada. With over 8 years of relevant experience, you will ensure adherence to Canadian accounting standards, while collaborating with Corporate FP&A for effective business planning. Your leadership will support scalable processes in a dynamic, multinational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Canadian regulatory and financial reporting requirements
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial analyses
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and labor regulations
- Partner with various teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- CPA designation preferred
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax and regulatory requirements
- Fluent in English and French, with ERP experience preferred
