Shape EV charging products at SWTCH through product requirements, AI tools, and quality-focused delivery across North America. Help make clean mobility more accessible. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize customer and market needs, and support complex product enhancements. The role also drives go-to-market activities while translating technical concepts for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Create precise product requirements rooted in user needs Use AI tools to analyze feedback and workflows Lead testing and resolve technical hurdles with engineering Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback Communicate roadmaps and technology value internally and externally Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of Product Management experience Experience ideally in SaaS, IoT, or GreenTech Proficiency with AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering Strong attention to detail and quality-first judgment High emotional intelligence and continuous learning mindset Bring product lifecycle leadership, AI fluency, and EV charging insight to SWTCH’s customer-focused development team.
