Coordinate brand campaigns and sponsor activations with Swimming Canada in Ottawa, supporting digital content, partnerships, and revenue initiatives. This is hybrid work.
The full-time, permanent Marketing Coordinator supports Swimming Canada's marketing planning, execution, and brand consistency. You will coordinate promotional assets, maintain campaign content, monitor engagement, and help deliver sponsor and partner agreements. The position also supports programs, events, athletes, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, calendars, and schedules
- Maintain brand standards across communications and marketing materials
- Create and distribute digital, print, video, and promotional assets
- Support sponsorship activation, fulfillment, and contractual deliverables
- Track campaign performance, engagement, inventories, and activation calendars
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related studies desired
- Relevant work or internship experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational, planning, detail, and accuracy skills
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills; French strongly preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency required
