Lead global capital strategy for a newly public technology company from Toronto, using capital-markets expertise and investor relationships to fund expansion. As Global Chief Financial Officer, you will own financing for a TSXV growth company. Lead private placements, bridge financing, working capital facilities, and larger equity or debt rounds as the business scales. Partner with the Founder, Board, and senior executives on strategic partnerships and M&A opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead private placements, convertibles, and warrant structures through closing
- Secure bridge, working capital, and asset-based facilities
- Build pipelines across dealers, investors, and private lenders
- Prepare investor decks, models, data rooms, and term analyses
- Run investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences in Canada and America
Requirements:
- Bring 10 or more years of finance experience
- Have five years in Canadian public-company capital markets
- Lead TSXV, CSE, or TSX small-cap raises personally
- Maintain current Canadian investor and lender networks
- Understand TSXV policies, NI 45-106, disclosure, IFRS, and PIFF
- Shape capital strategy, investor relations, and financing execution while guiding a newly public technology company’s growth.
