A key focus will be improving systems and controls, and building scalable accounting processes to support continued growth. The Controller will lead, develop, coach, and mentor a small accounting team of 4 to 5 Accountants (with various degrees of experience).
Who β the Candidate:
- CPA designation.
- At least 9 years and preferably 10 to 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a similar accounting leadership function.
