This Finance Business Partner leads core FP&A activities within a manufacturing facility. The work connects financial planning, manufacturing cost analysis, performance indicators, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with Operations and Corporate Finance turns complex financial and operational data into recommendations for plant decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Plant Leadership on financial and operational decisions
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyze monthly results, variances, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Evaluate labor, materials, overhead, and production costs
- Support close, reporting, inventory, controls, and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems proficiency
