Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean, safe residence environments
- Clean and sanitize suites, washrooms, offices, and common areas
- Prepare vacant suites for new move-ins
- Complete room renovations, repairs, and scheduled maintenance
- Monitor grounds, mechanical, electrical, and fire systems
Requirements:
- Grade 12 minimum education
- At least two years of experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and grounds maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work with seniors
