This Manager of Guest Experience role combines restaurant leadership with guest-focused team building. You will hire and lead Associates who are trained, focused, and engaged. Success requires excellent business acumen, understanding of operating costs, and extensive knowledge of restaurant operations. The position also calls for a strong understanding of the upscale dining industry and demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others.

Requirements:

- Excellent understanding of upscale dining industry expectations
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct others
- Post-secondary hospitality or business education is preferred
