Own Google Ads growth remotely at Sweat Pants Agency through attribution, Shopping, and PMax expertise. Take client calls during US Eastern business hours worldwide. As a Senior Google Ads Growth Strategist, you will own DTC and eCommerce accounts end to end. You will manage Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, and GTM. The work centers on distinguishing created demand from harvested demand while optimizing to NC-CPA and NC-ROAS. You will also build landing pages with Claude or equivalent tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Google accounts, strategy, buying, and client communication
- Audit campaigns, feeds, landing pages, audiences, and tracking
- Separate brand and non-brand performance for growth decisions
- Test incrementality through geo holdouts and attribution analysis
- Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting systems
Requirements:
- Hands-on DTC and eCommerce Google Ads experience with meaningful spend
- Demonstrated CPA, ROAS, revenue, and optimization results
- Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, and YouTube
- Working knowledge of Merchant Center, GA4, and GTM
