As a Paid Search Strategist at Sweat Pants Agency, you will manage DTC and e Commerce accounts end to end.
You will work across Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, You Tube, Merchant Center, GA4, and GTM.
The work focuses on incremental growth, not blended or last-click reporting, while you communicate directly with clients during US Eastern business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Google accounts, budgets, strategy, buying, and client communication
- Audit campaigns, feeds, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking
- Separate brand and non-brand performance for meaningful reporting
- Manage PMax, Shopping, Search, Demand Gen, and You Tube activity
- Diagnose and fix creative, offer, landing page, checkout, or tracking bottlenecks
Requirements
- Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful DTC and e Commerce spend
- Demonstrated Shopping and PMax results across CPA, ROAS, and revenue
- Fluency in Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Demand Gen, and You Tube
- Ability to build and ship landing pages using Claude or equivalent
- Native or near-native English and US Eastern client-call availability
