Own DTC growth through Meta media buying, creative strategy, and conversion optimization as a fully remote marketer worldwide. At Sweat Pants Agency, you will manage four to six DTC and eCommerce accounts end to end. You will combine paid media, research, direct-response writing, creative direction, and landing-page testing. The work centers on moving customer economics through better creative, offers, conversion rates, and informed analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Own four to six DTC accounts across paid media Manage client relationships, calls, updates, and strategic recommendations Research reviews, comments, support tickets, Reddit, and competitor ads Write briefs and scripts while directing editors and designers Build and test landing pages using Claude Code and Vercel Requirements:
Hands-on Meta experience with meaningful DTC or eCommerce spend Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue, and account changes Native or near-native direct-response English writing ability Current use of Claude or equivalent AI tools Availability for client calls during United States Eastern business hours Bring Meta buying, creative judgment, persuasive writing, and ownership to Sweat Pants Agency’s DTC accounts.
