SMJV seeks an HR Lead, Talent Acquisition to set strategy and lead recruiting across Canada and the United States. You will oversee professional and technical hiring, vendor relationships, recruitment analytics, and candidate experience. The role reports to the Vice President, Human Resources. Key Responsibilities:
Develop North America talent acquisition strategy Lead the talent acquisition function and priorities Source candidates directly for hard-to-fill roles Manage recruiting vendors, relationships, and costs Oversee recruitment lifecycle and candidate communication Requirements:
Five to eight years in talent acquisition Proven direct sourcing experience for difficult roles Energy recruiting experience across Canada and United States Applicant tracking system experience Strong communication and organizational skills Bring strategic talent acquisition leadership, direct sourcing expertise, and cross-border recruiting experience to SMJV’s growing function.
