Lead e-commerce growth across Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and digital channels through marketplace management and digital advertising. This role is based in a family-owned home furnishings business expanding across North America.
The E-Commerce Manager combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across bedroom essentials, adjustable bed bases, upholstered beds, and furniture components. You will drive revenue, improve conversion rates, build brand awareness, and strengthen customer acquisition through data-driven strategies. Success includes optimizing marketplaces, advertising, website performance, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through conversion, assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Walmart Marketplace
- Launch campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising
- Analyze GA4 performance, KPIs, and reporting for recommendations
- Coordinate campaigns with sales, marketing, operations, creative, and fulfillment
Requirements:
- Five or more years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
- Experience managing Walmart Connect and paid digital campaigns
- Strong GA4, reporting, analytical, and strategic capabilities
- Furniture, home furnishings, retail, or consumer goods experience
- English spoken and written; strong communication and organization
