As Business Development Manager, you will implement sales and marketing programs for NAPA and traditional sales channel key accounts. The position focuses on DRiV Aftermarket products, annual sales targets, customer training, and regional collaboration. You will build relationships with account leaders, sales teams, and industry personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow assigned-area business profitably and exceed annual sales targets
- Present products to prospects and support existing customer sales
- Implement marketing programs and analyze growth opportunities
- Train NAPA and traditional channel sales teams
- Resolve customer requests, warranties, and complaints
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of automotive aftermarket sales experience
- Success exceeding sales targets and influencing decision makers
- Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Salesforce knowledge
