Shape Super.com’s security engineering and GRC direction across AWS, Kubernetes, AI tooling, and company-wide risk management. This senior security leadership role oversees application and infrastructure security alongside IT, GRC, and Corporate Security. You will mature control frameworks, automate evidence, manage privacy obligations with Legal, and direct security architecture across Engineering. Success requires scaling teams, translating technical risk into business impact, and supporting software development at scale. Key Responsibilities:
Own governance, risk, and compliance maturity Expand automated evidence and policy lifecycle management Manage privacy obligations in partnership with Legal Guide security architecture across Engineering Select and deploy evolving security tools Requirements:
Hands-on experience across at least two security domains Security risk quantification and executive decision-making experience Experience standing up or scaling GRC programs Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, PCI, SOC2, or ISO27001 Proven support for fast-paced software teams at scale Apply security engineering, GRC expertise, AWS awareness, and risk leadership across Super.com’s expanding technology organization.
