Lead Super.com’s security strategy, risk, and AI-first transformation while shaping secure products through technical leadership and collaboration. As Head of Security, you will own company-level security outcomes and guide an expanding Security & IT organization. You will partner with Legal, Data, Engineering, Product, Finance, and HR while maintaining executive and board access. The work combines security architecture, governance, compliance, team leadership, and individual technical contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define security roadmaps, OKRs, budgets, and strategic plans
- Lead hiring across engineering, GRC, and SOC partners
- Direct AI-native vulnerability management and detection tooling
- Set security culture through training and developer enablement
- Provide final technical direction on security architecture
Requirements:
- 10+ years in security and 4+ years leading functions
- Experience managing managers, directors, and Staff-level leaders
- Track record hiring and developing security professionals
- Board, auditor, regulator, or QSA presentation experience
- Experience with GRC frameworks including SOC2 or ISO27001
- Bring strategic security leadership, AI transformation, risk judgment, and technical depth to Super.com’s growing organization.
