You will assist with daily living activities, follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain
