- Prepare and serve meals using standardized recipes and menus
- Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
- Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
- Stock, rotate, date, and store food safely
- Maintain kitchen, storage, and equipment cleanliness
Requirements:
- Ability to meet Sunrise food quality and presentation standards
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to complete cleaning logs and maintenance reports
- Willingness to support dishwashing and dining service
- Ability to lead production when the Coordinator is absent
