The RN provides person-centred care in an acute care setting, supporting patients awaiting inpatient beds and collaborating with the interprofessional team and RPN in a consultative capacity.
You will engage in care planning, assessments, and education to support discharge planning, while upholding safety, ethics, and quality improvement.
