Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Minimum qualifications: MSW, B.Sc. OT, M. Sc. OT, or equivalent
- Active Ontario College membership
- Experience with severe and persistent mental illness
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Ability to travel frequently throughout the area
