This experienced Lead Solar Installer position combines daily coordination with active installation work. You will install racking, panels, and associated equipment while supporting solar and battery projects. The role also offers electrical skill development alongside qualified electricians for apprenticeship candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example during residential and commercial solar installations
- Coordinate daily tasks and direct other installers
- Install solar racking, panels, and associated equipment
- Read drawings and help keep projects scheduled
- Maintain safe, organized sites and high standards
Requirements:
- Experience in solar, roofing, carpentry, electrical, or construction
- Small crew leadership or installation coordination experience
- Hands-on skills and comfort working at heights
- Ability to read and follow installation drawings
- Valid driver's licence and safe work commitment
