Three or more years in strategy, consulting, or program leadership Program management experience across cross-functional delivery Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop recommendations Experience creating roadmaps and executive presentations Ability to operate strategically and execute independently Apply strategic analysis, AI initiative leadership, and program execution skills to advance measurable outcomes at Sun Life.
