This one-year contract connects data-driven marketing with client needs. Reporting to the Manager, Global Digital Channels, you will support Sun Life’s corporate website portfolio, including Sunlife.com, the intranet, and related microsites. The work combines digital marketing, stakeholder management, project coordination, and emerging AI-powered experiences. You will partner with Marketing, Technology, Compliance, Data, CX, and UX teams. Key Responsibilities:
Support corporate websites, digital properties, content, search, and user experiences Coordinate content intake, publishing workflows, updates, quality assurance, and issue resolution Monitor SEO/GEO initiatives across traditional and AI-powered search experiences Coordinate AI experience enhancements using feedback and conversation insights Translate website needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Requirements:
Three to five years in digital marketing or website management Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital, or related field Understanding of SEO/GEO, UX, accessibility, and digital optimization Experience with enterprise content systems and digital marketing technologies Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Apply digital marketing, SEO/GEO, and website management expertise to Sun Life’s measurable global digital experiences.
