The Store Manager guides, develops, and inspires the team as a Sunglass Hut ambassador. You will deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience, grow customer relationships, and support sales and operational execution. This position requires hands-on leadership across store functions and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales plans and company objectives using Sunglass Hut tools
- Coach, mentor, and inspire associates to improve store performance
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members for staffing needs

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of previous leadership experience
- Expertise across every aspect of store operations
