This Team Lead supervises skilled employees and contractors maintaining large mobile mining equipment. The position supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations while developing team capability. You will coordinate daily execution, maintenance planning feedback, workforce forecasting, and operational commitments. Key Responsibilities:

At least five years’ progressive mine maintenance experience Extensive mine mobile equipment knowledge Proven maintenance leadership experience Valid Alberta or Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Apply mine maintenance leadership, SAP knowledge, and reliability expertise at Suncor’s camp-based Fort Hills operation in Alberta.
