- Conduct operator certification and safety training for customers
- Publish training schedules every three months
- Provide private classes at customer sites and branch locations
- Complete training records promptly in SBR systems
- Issue customer wallet cards within 24 hours of completion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Heavy equipment certification required
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and adult learning methods
- Proficient in MS Office products
