Sunbeam Developmental Resource Centre – Waterloo Region seeks a Coordinator for a full-time, 15-month contract. You will help people access services and supports, identify abilities and needs collaboratively, and promote maximum possible independence. The work involves voluntary relationships with clients and their support networks, alongside mediation and agency collaboration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent
- Experience supporting youth or adults with Intellectual Disability or ASD

- Excellent consulting and oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of QAM and MCCSS regulations
