Requirements:
- Industrial Millwright License (433A) with 5 years experience
- Strong communication skills with all shop employees
- Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical components
- Ability to read blueprints and manage work orders
